With the termination of our ATAv codeshare SWVA has decided to implement our
future WestJet Codeshare immediately. I LUV to see our pilots having options
for flights. I do realize our current schedule can get a bit boring.
Here are some guidelines that I would like to established based on our past
rules with ATAv. Feel free to share your changes and opinions.

SWVA & WestJet Codeshare Agreement and Guidelines
Memorandum of agreement (MOA):

This MOA establishes the rules and responsibilities for codesharing between
WestJet Airlines and Southwest Virtual Airline. The intent of this codeshare is
to mirror the real world of aviation and the codeshare that will exists
between WestJet and Southwest Airline.

Below are the minimum rules under this agreement.

Flight Schedule:

Southwest Virtual Airlines will use the existing WestJet Timetable located
HERE  to schedule flights. This schedule is updated and we will reference it
for general use on the WestJet website. SWVA will reference this flight
schedules to mirror real world conditions to the best of their ability. We will
revise these guidelines upon implemetation of
SWA/WestJet codeshare into the real world schedule. Link to system map
HERE

This agreement only applies to codeshare flight schedules and is limited to
the WestJet System Timetable.

Aircraft:

Southwest Virtual Airline agrees to fly each other’s aircraft used for
codesharing. WestJets current fleet consists of 737-600's, 700's and 800's.
This
will include all existing and future aircraft that each respective company has
or may use in the future. The aircraft used for each
flight will mirror the real world of WestJet and Southwest Virtual Airlines.
Each respective Airline will use each other’s aircraft when
flying codeshare flights.

Flight and Logging Procedures:

Southwest Virtual Airline agrees to use there own respective call signs when
flying codeshare flights.
Each respective Virtual Airline will put “WestJet/SWVA codeshare flight” in
the comments section when submitting their codeshare flight
PIREP.
Until the cities are implemented into our database please reference the city
pairs in the comments block and your CBM will edit as
needed.
Each SWVA pilot will have to met his own monthly flight requirements (3) prior
to completing a codeshare flight.

Length of Agreement:

No termination has been specified in this agreement. SWVA will cease the
codeshare agreement upon completion of the real world agreement.
