Briefing

After a delay out of SJU and a hectic approach into Fort Lauderdale, we now take a nice layover on the beach...well no it's our hotel's painting of the beach. But who's counting? We need to be in bed by 20:30 for a 05:00 wake-up call to catch the crew bus. Our ship, a 737-800, is resting for a 06:30 local departure out of Fort Lauderdale to Dallas. We will be on this ship for the entire day back to our crew base in Orlando. Our dispatch team is waiting hopefully wide-eyed...because we are not!
